Coaching
During the coaching process, we work with the client along specific, defined goals. An apt core formulation, according to which the "why" in psychological processes and the "how" in coaching will be the most important question, through which the client will finally embark on the path of change.
During the sessions, I support my clients with goal settings, commitment and the planning of the steps leading to the goal through questions. We also shed light on the blocking beliefs behind the entanglements.
Within coaching, my priority area is career and executive coaching, for which my experiences in the field of HR and as a manager provide an inspiring background.
